Most of the time when I question when someone is tired I either hear that they are busy or overwhelmed.  Our body is really amazing from a physically tired sense because typically our minds hold us back and our body can go a little further if we push it.  But feeling tired in the overwhelmed, stressed or anxious sense is a spot much harder to push from when you are already at or beyond your limit.

The challenge this week is to recognize the difference from within yourself, are you physically tired or mentally tired?  If it’s physical, that’s easy to recover from-just rest!  …However if you are finding yourself mentally tired, what is one way you can find your inner peace and how can you make the time today to give yourself that sort of rest?  For those of you saying “Have you seen my calendar today?!” let’s go with giving yourself that time sometime this week.  Aim for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever you can allow yourself.  Inner peace is imperative to us no matter if we have demanding jobs, large families or many friends.  Your health depends on it, give yourself this gift and embrace the joys that are bound to follow.
